And there is not a lot to discuss anymore... I guess, any British person who is reading this, might know who I am talking about... Yes, the 'Yorkshire Ripper'... Peter William Sutcliffe- the Yorkshire Ripper- killed for many years and terrorised the prostitutes and decent ladies too, for that long. The british police force held the biggest man-hunt ever, to get to Sutcliffe. He targeted prostitutes mainly- like Jack the Ripper. Whenever he found a lady walking alone after midnight, he considered her to be a prostitute and due this misunderstanding he killed a few decent ladies too. Like his idol, he also wrote letters to the cops and mocked them. He considered himself a crusader against the prostitutes... His method of killing also was somewhat like the original ripper, and he horribly mutilated the bodies too. Many times, while reading that article, I had to pause 3-4 times because I was so stunned. How can someone kill? Worse, how can someone mutilate the body of another human being, without feeling anything about it...????... | |

| | parents stabbing children? what are we coming to? | | I can usually put myself mentally into the place of most criminals, even the mentally ill, but this morning I hear on the news that two children have been stabbed to death, one is very ill in hospital(she is all of six months old). The parents of the three children have been arrested. What goes on to make parents want to kill their own children, never mind actually do it. Also, the British police have become so scared of offending anyone they will not say the name of the family involved, although they did report they needed a translator to arrest the parents. No0w, is life cheaper to those who dont have English as a first language? are children less valuable? Is it only males that are wanted, I just wonder if anyone has answers? | |
| | More like breeding for profit | | Earlier this year a nine year old girl was reported missing by her mother. Shannon Matthews had reportedly gone missing on her way home from a school swimming class. The child was missing for 24 days and was found in the base of a divan bed about a mile from her home. The search for her was one of the biggest ever - if not the biggest undertaken by British Police and one of the most costly. Neighbours rallied to help look for the child and rewards were offered by the Sun newspaper - the reward at the time the child was found was £50,000. Shannons 32 year old mother Karen Matthews and her 22 year old partner were on TV almost every day. This mother had 7 children a couple of which lived with their fathers rather than her. The oldest of the kids was 11. It now seems to appear this entire "abduction" was a scam in order for this dead beat mother to get money. Shannon is at present in foster care and still being questioned by police. The child was found at the home of an uncle if Craig Meehan - the partner of Karen Matthews. LONDON (Reuters) - Princess Diana and her lover Dodi al-Fayed were unlawfully killed by the grossly negligent driving of chauffeur Henri Paul and paparazzi photographers pursuing their limousine into a Paris road tunnel in 1997.
The jury, which had spent almost six months listening to more than 250 witnesses from around the world, reached their majority decision on Monday after deliberating for four days.
Diana and Dodi died in August 1997 when their Mercedes limousine crashed in a Paris road tunnel whilst being pursued by paparazzi photographers.
