| Man gets shot 50 times by NYPD police officers on his wedding day.. | | I just read this on Yahoo news & I could not believe what I was reading. The police officers in question said that they saw the man with a gun & thats when they fired at him. Okay so lets say he did have a gun(which he did not btw), does that justify them shooting the man 50 times? The judge ruled in favor of the police officers who had done the shooting & of course they got off scott free. The city is outraged & rallies are being lead by the Rev. Al Sharpton. I don't like Al Sharpton. He is trying to be the next Martin Luther King Jr. something he will never be. Martin Luther King Jr. was a man of peace who loved all people black & white. Al Sharpton is more of a man of violence who sees a war between black & white people. So thats why I can't stand him, BUT in this case I can see why he as well as the rest of the community are outraged. I just don't understand how a man can get shot 50 times by police offers & then said officers get away with it. Here is the link to the news article.
